My name is Catherine Champion, better known as TheMFSlayer. I am a mother of two, entrepreneur, creator, artist, speaker, advocate, and most importantly, a survivor who refused to give up.

My story did not begin with privilege. It began with pain.

I survived childhood abuse, homelessness, addiction, domestic violence, abandonment, heartbreak, and some of the darkest moments a person can face. For years, I ran from my trauma, searching for peace in places that could never heal me.

I spent much of my life surviving.

Now, I am learning how to live.

There were seasons when I had no home, no direction, and no one coming to save me. I had to face my demons, take accountability for my choices, and do the painful work of healing. That journey taught me one of the greatest lessons of my life:

Healing begins when you stop running from your pain and start learning from it.

Everything I am today was built from the ground up through faith, resilience, forgiveness, consistency, and the courage to begin again.

The Slayer you see today is not the woman I used to be.

She is the result of countless tears, difficult conversations, hard lessons, self-reflection, and a commitment to becoming better than the person trauma tried to create.

Today, I use my platform to tell the truth about healing. Not the pretty version. Not the filtered version.

The real version.

The good.
The bad.
The ugly.

My mission is to break generational cycles, inspire accountability, encourage forgiveness, and remind people that their past does not have to define their future.

If my story proves anything, let it prove this:

You can lose everything and still rebuild.
You can make mistakes and still grow.
You can be broken and still heal.
You can fall and still rise.
