☕️ Friendly reminder coffee is a mild diuretic, meaning it could lead to fluid loss.
A good general rule is to drink an EXTRA 8oz water for each cup you have.
This can help us stay properly hydrated, especially if you’re active, in hot climates (Like Texas) or prone to dehydration! 💦
So enjoy your coffee, but be ready to match each cup with an extra water drink too!

Make progress towards your best fit bod today by improving your core muscles with some Mat Pilates!
❥ Dead bug - 10reps
*Remember stop BEFORE you hit the ground (no mini-rest when trying to achieve your best!)
❥ Seated spine twist - 5reps
*Remember to inhale as twist back towards the center!
❥ Leg pull down - 5reps each leg
* Remember to keep the upper body like a plank with one leg at a time doing the work!
❥ Timed Bridge ⏱️ hold for 20 seconds
* make sure your weight is in the shoulders and feet activating the glutes

Try this leg workout to help tone, strengthen and improve your core:
• Squats with arms up by your ears 12 reps.
• Single leg Romanian deadlift with 8lb win both hands 10 reps
• Standing side crunches with hands behind head alternate side bend 12 reps
• Finish with glute bridge supine position raise hips off ground 10 reps
