Poppy Blowout Bar

Your hair usually gives you clues before it starts giving you problems.

If it's suddenly harder to style, looking dull, or feeling heavier than usual, it's often your hair's way of telling you something needs to change.

Sometimes it's more moisture. Sometimes it's buildup. Sometimes it's simply time for a maintenance appointment.

Swipe through to learn what your hair might be trying to tell you. Book your next appointment to let us help you and your hair!

The Secret is out! Poppy Blowout Bar has not only changed ownership, but we’ve also gotten a facelift! We’re excited for you to see Poppy Blowout Bar’s refreshed look, new amenities, and the renovations, including a cozy coffee lounge area, more space for stylists, and updated treatments for you to enjoy. We are still the same blowout bar you’ve come to know and love... just a little bit better and we can’t wait for you to stop in and see!

A note from our founder,
I want to start by thanking our wonderful and faithful clients. Whether you stopped by every week or just when you were in town for vacation or business; your visits validated the vision we had for bringing a blowout bar to Baldwin County.
Secondly, I’d like to thank every employee for their service and dedication as well as every local salon that referred guests to Poppy for blowouts. Lastly, I’d like to thank Erin Roberts for seeing my vision and wanting to take it to the next level.
I will miss being in the salon and seeing everyone, but please know that I am going to enjoy hanging out with all my grandbabies and my husband in this season of our life.
Love & Blessings,
Shelley Bottiaux

A note from our new owner, Erin Roberts:
Hello and WOW! I am so excited to start this new adventure and be able to take each of you along with me! When Mrs. Shelley approached me about the next steps for Poppy, I was honored, I couldn’t wait to bring a fresh vision to this space for you to enjoy.

A little about me, I have been a cosmetologist for ten years. It had always been a dream of mine to open my own salon. Dream really do come true! My handsome husband and I live in Spanish Fort where he serves as a Spanish Fort Police Officer. I also have two beautiful boys, ages 7 and 9, who keep us busy with sports and activities.
I want you to know that I look forward to seeing each of you and I’m so grateful for this opportunity to welcome you into our updated space. I also want to personally invite each of you to our Grand Reopening Celebration August 21, 2026! Come Sip, Shop, and, as always get a great blowout. Stay tuned for more details🖤

With love,
Erin Roberts
