Men's Mindfulness Monday: Sound + Support

This event was so amazing to be a part of... it truly brought tears to my eyes. Bearing witness to a group of men being vulnerable and sharing their journeys was such an honor. And watching my friend Jason Willits step into his element and lead the discussion was a gift to see.

Nine years ago, we said "I do" on the shore of my favorite lake. A little lakeside wedding that had been a dream of mine since I was young.

It's been a wild nine years since. So many adventures together, and some unimaginable losses too. I can't believe we're already closing in on a decade.

I know everyone says their wedding was the best... but this one really was a dream.

I couldn't ask for a more supportive partner. Every step of this business, he's been my biggest cheerleader, helping me navigate every turn. From the moment I told him I wanted to start a business, to when I left the university, to now opening a wellness center... he's been right there holding my hand, telling me he believes in me and in the community I'm building.

Happy anniversary to the best partner I could ask for. 🤍
