If you hear a few extra bangs, see a little drywall dust, or wonder why things look a bit chaotic over the next few weeks... don't worry—we've got exciting stuff happening!

Starting July 15th, 10 O'Clock Health & Wellness is officially expanding! 🎉

We're adding TWO brand-new treatment rooms, and we couldn't be more excited! This expansion means:
✨ Brooklynn will have her own dedicated treatment room and can expand her schedule.
✨ More appointment availability for our clients.
✨ Room to welcome another amazing team member in the future (stay tuned... 👀).

And before anyone asks... yes, yoga is staying! 🧘‍♀️ Kelly isn't going anywhere. We've designed the new layout so we'll still have a cozy space for our yoga classes while creating more room for us to grow!

For the next few weeks, our studio may look a little less "spa day" and a little more "HGTV demo day," but we promise it'll be worth it! We'll do everything we can to keep your appointments relaxing while construction is underway, and we're so grateful for your patience as we build something even better.

This has been a dream in the making, and it's only possible because of this incredible community. Thank you for supporting our small business, cheering us on, and allowing us to continue growing. We can't wait to show you the finished space!

We know how summer goes...

One minute you're planning to come in for your massage, and the next minute you're headed to the lake, at a BBQ, or somehow committed to a golf outing you didn't see coming!

We totally get it! ☀️Summer is meant to be enjoyed! ☀️

That said, if your plans change and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. Last-minute cancellations leave us with unexpected gaps in our schedules and make it extremely difficult to fill those appointment times.

A little heads-up goes a long way and gives us the best chance to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist... Or maybe we can rearrange our day to go enjoy the sunshine too 😉
