Even if you’ve had filler for years, your face still deserves a fresh assessment every single time! Your anatomy, existing product, movement and goals can all change, and I never want your treatment to feel like we’re just going through the motions.

Every appointment should be intentional, customized and make sense for your face. Ready for your next treatment? Book through the link in my bio. 💉✨

Lip filler isn’t just about making the lips bigger. One of the most important parts of treatment is understanding the patient’s natural lip shape and knowing where adding volume will actually improve it.

Lip anatomy is different on every face, from the height of the upper lip and definition of the Cupid’s bow to projection, symmetry and the relationship between the upper and lower lip. Strategic placement allows us to enhance those features while creating a shape that still feels believable on your face.

In this before + after, you can see more definition, improved projection and a softer, more balanced shape without losing what made her lips uniquely hers. This is why I never inject every set of lips the same way. The goal isn’t to create one “perfect” lip shape. It’s to create the right shape for your anatomy. 💉🤍

Aesthetics can be such a vulnerable thing. You’re trusting someone with the face you see in the mirror every single day, and I don’t take that lightly. I’d rather tell you no, slow down a treatment plan, or recommend less than give you something I don’t genuinely believe will serve you. My goal has never been to change your face. It’s to help you feel confident in it, while still recognizing yourself. 🤍

Lower facial balancing is a perfect example of why I don’t believe in treating one feature in isolation. 🤍

This patient could have simply added filler to her lips, but when we looked at her lower face as a whole, there were several areas contributing to the balance we wanted to create. We treated the chin for projection and proportion, the chin shadows and smile lines for smoother transitions, and the lips for shape and volume. Each area was treated intentionally so the final result would work together rather than making one feature carry the entire transformation.

This is why a full facial assessment matters. Sometimes the result you’re envisioning requires a completely different treatment plan than the one you walked in asking for. Customizing filler to your anatomy, proportions, and existing volume allows us to create changes that feel cohesive from every angle while still looking like you. 💉✨

Your lip filler results start with your anatomy, not the syringe babe!👄 Lip shape, tissue support, muscle movement and even your underlying facial structure all influence what will look natural and balanced on you. This is exactly why I assess the full picture before injecting.🤍

There’s something really beautiful about lip filler when the goal isn’t to change someone’s lips, but to bring out the shape that was already there.

For this patient, I focused on creating a little more height and definition through the upper lip while adding enough volume to the lower lip to keep everything soft and proportional. Lip filler isn’t just about how much product we use. Placement, anatomy, projection, border definition, and the relationship between the upper and lower lip all matter when I’m deciding where each small amount of filler should go.

I know getting lip filler can come with that little voice in the back of your head wondering, “What if I don’t look like myself?” That’s exactly why I approach lips so intentionally. I want you to notice the difference, feel excited when you look in the mirror, and still feel completely like you. 💉🤍

You don’t need to walk into your appointment knowing exactly what treatment you need. That’s my job. 🤍

Sometimes the area you’re focused on isn’t actually the area we need to treat to create the result you want. A full-face assessment helps me look at your proportions, movement, volume and overall balance so we can build a treatment plan that makes sense for your face, not just follow a trend or add product where you think you need it. The goal is always thoughtful treatment, not more treatment. 💉
