The biggest limitation in your practice may not be your skill.

It may be what you've never been taught.

Most healthcare professionals spend years mastering techniques, protocols, and treatment plans.

Yet many are never taught how the abdomen can influence the entire body.

This is where Holistic Womb and Abdominal Therapy changes the conversation.

For nearly 40 years, I have worked hands-on with women, learning not only from clinical experience but from traditional healing wisdom that has supported generations before us.

This training is designed for practitioners who want more than another certification and are hearing the call to serve women in a holistic, whole woman container.

It's for those who want to expand their clinical perspective, strengthen their hands-on skills, deepen their intuition, and offer something truly meaningful to their clients.

Whether you're a Massage Therapist, Midwife, Naturopathic Doctor, Acupuncturist, CNM, RN, OT, MD, PT, Chiropractor, or other licensed healthcare professional who would like to offer hands on treatments, this training can become a valuable addition to your practice.

Upcoming Trainings:
• Delray Beach, Florida — June 25-30 (1 spots left)
• Gold Coast, Australia — August 16-21 (5 spots left)
• Phuket, Thailand — August 29-September 4 (8 spots left)
• Toronto, Canada — October 15-20 (6 spots left)
Advanced Abdominal & Sacral Therapy Pregnancy Training:
• London, Canada — October 22-25 (8 spots left)

The practitioners who continue growing are the ones willing to learn what wasn't included in traditional education.

Not because they're lacking.

Because they're committed to becoming better.

If you're ready to expand your practice, deepen your understanding, and learn a powerful hands-on approach that can immediately complement your existing work, now is the time.

Most women know more about their phone than they do about their womb.
Think about that for a moment.
One example?
Your uterine lining contains thousands of hormone receptors.
Think of them as tiny antennas listening for messages from estrogen and progesterone.
These hormones tell the lining when to grow, when to mature, and when to shed during your cycle.
If those messages aren't received properly, the lining may not respond the way it's designed to.
That can contribute to issues such as irregular bleeding, heavy periods, fertility challenges, or difficulty maintaining a healthy cycle.

Did you know your uterus
has its own microbiome?
Just like your gut has a community of microorganisms that influence health, researchers have found that the uterine environment also contains microorganisms that may play a role in immune function, implantation, and reproductive health.
For years, women were taught that the uterus was completely sterile. We now know the story is far more interesting.
Yet most women are never taught that their womb is actively responding to hormonal, immune, and microbial signals every single day.
Instead, we're often told that painful periods, irregular cycles, pelvic discomfort, and hormonal fluctuations are simply part of being a woman.
But symptoms are information.
The womb is not an isolated organ. It is influenced by circulation, hormones, digestion, inflammation, stress, and the physical position of the pelvic organs themselves.
The more you understand how your body works, the more empowered you become to ask better questions and make informed decisions about your health.
This is why I teach Womb Wisdom selfcare.
Not to create fear.
Not to diagnose.
But to help women better understand the incredible intelligence of their bodies.
Because every woman deserves to understand the body she lives in every day.

I'm curious...
What's one thing about your cycle, hormones, or womb that nobody ever taught you?
Share below. Your answer may help another woman realize she's not alone.

This is LAST CALL for Womb Wisdom Self-Care.
We begin June 4, 11, and 18.

8:00pm – 11:00pm EST | 8:00am – 11:00am Thailand (following day) | 9:00am – 11:30am Australia, QLD

Nobody teaches women how to care for this part of their health.

Not in school, Not at the doctor's office, Not even from the women who came before us.

And yet it affects everything from your cycle to your fertility to your digestive health.

So many women are left piecing things together on their own, wondering why they're dealing with painful periods, fertility challenges, fibroids, digestive issues, or simply feeling disconnected from their bodies.

Most of us were never taught the basics of how our reproductive and digestive systems work together, or how to support them with simple, effective self-care.

That's exactly why we created Womb Wisdom Self-Care.

This live online workshop gives you practical tools you can use at home to support your health, deepen your understanding of your body, and become a more active participant in your own healing.

You'll learn:
• Female anatomy and uterine positioning
• The gut-womb connection
• Self-abdominal massage techniques
• Castor oil packs, vaginal steaming, and moxibustion
• Pelvic and womb wellness practices
• Grounding and healing techniques you can keep using long after the workshop ends

This work is guided by Lisa Levine's is an acupuncturist and shares 35+ years of experience supporting women's health, rooted in the lineage of Maya healing traditions carried through Dr. Rosita Arvigo and Don Elijio Panti.

For those considering Maya Abdominal Therapy Practitioner Training through The Womb School, this workshop is the required first step and last chance before the upcoming Delray Beach training.

Many women spend years believing their symptoms are simply part of being a woman.

Painful periods.
Digestive discomfort.
Pelvic tension.
Pregnancy aches.
Fertility struggles.

While every situation is unique, these symptoms shouldn't automatically be dismissed as something you just have to live with.

One area that is often overlooked is the abdomen.

Healthy circulation, mobility, and balance within the abdominal and pelvic area can play an important role in overall comfort and well-being.

That's why many women seek Abdominal Therapy as part of their support for fertility challenges, pregnancy discomfort, postpartum recovery, digestive concerns, and pelvic health.

One of the most common questions I hear is:

"Is it safe during pregnancy?"

When properly adapted for pregnancy and performed by an experienced practitioner, prenatal abdominal therapy is designed with your comfort and individual needs in mind.

After nearly 40 years of hands-on experience supporting women's health, I've learned that every body tells a story and every woman deserves to be heard.

If you've been dealing with symptoms you've been told are "normal," it may be time to explore another layer of booking link in BIO Prenatal Massage & Abdominal Therapy to schedule an in-person session in Delray Beach with me.

Nearly 40 years of hands-on practice has taught me one thing above everything else.

*womb position changes everything.*

How the uterus sits influences circulation, digestion, pelvic alignment, pain, fertility, hormonal flow, and so much more. It's the piece most practitioners were never taught to address, not because they're not skilled, but because it simply wasn't part of the training.

This work invites you into a deeper layer.

Sensitivity. Presence. Clinical understanding. The ability to feel what lives beneath compensation patterns and trace it back to its source.

In this training, massage therapists, midwives, acupuncturists, chiropractors, physical therapists, nurses, learn to work with the abdomen, pelvis, and womb in a way that restores flow, supports alignment, and transforms clinical outcomes.

If you know there's another level to this work, there is.

My next training is in June!

This is what separates practitioners who "relax clients" from those who actually change lives.

When it comes to pelvic pain, fertility challenges, digestive issues, or menstrual disorders…
they either guess—or refer out.

I've spent nearly over 30 years working directly with women's bodies, hands-on, not theory.

What I teach is not another technique.

This is a system that helps you:

– Work directly with reproductive and digestive organs
– Improve circulation where it actually matters
– Support alignment that affects real outcomes
– Handle cases most practitioners avoid

This is where your work changes.

Not just for your clients—but for your entire practice.

You stop being "just another therapist."

You become the practitioner people seek out when nothing else has worked.

There should be a Red Tent in every town.
If one of these women is near you, please find her. Visit her. Trust her hands.

This training isn't about collecting techniques.
It's about knowing what your hands are doing—
and why it matters.

These women go out into the world carrying something that cannot be taught from a textbook or videos.

They carry the blessing of the Partera, the Sage-femme, the Wise Woman — the grandmothers in every culture who carried this wisdom long before any of us had words for it. That lineage runs through Don Elijio Panti, through Miss Hortense Robinson, through Rosita Arvigo and now lives in their touch.

They have been given the grandmother hands.
Unhurried. Knowing. Full of love.

The land held them. The water blessed them. The plants bore witness. And sent them home with more than they came with.

Their women will feel the difference.

With deep thanks to the stillness and the container at .
The setting holds you whether you're ready or not.

Hands learning what words can’t teach.

Warm stone from the Tinhela river. Soft hands. Deep listening.

Here in the quiet of Tinhela610, surrounded by river, forest, and land that feels older than memory… the work slows down.
We stop fixing.
We start feeling.

This is where skill meets presence.
Where technique becomes instinct.

Womb and abdominal therapy isn’t just what you do with your hands…
it’s how you show up.

And out here, the devas of the plant kingdom 🧚‍♂️
set the pace.
