Erica’s impressive educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Integrative Physiology from CU Boulder, a BSN from Denver College of Nursing, and a Master’s in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University.

Outside of the clinic, Erica loves skiing, traveling, reading, and sleeping (because we all need a little more of that! 😴⛷️📚✈️).

20 years ago over 30% of women who qualified and needed it, were on hormone replacement therapy. With the re-analyzed and now updated recommendations showing that women can safely receive HRT, we are seeing more women on this much needed medication regimen. Since 2017, studies show the percentage of women on HRT has doubled - however we’re still only in the 3% range so we have a long way to go to get back to where we were in supporting women in perimenopause and postmenopause.
