Frigid conditions, together with artificial heat indoors, can suck moisture from the hair, leaving it dry and brittle and worsening scalp conditions such as eczema, psoriasis.

However, one of the most effective autumn hair care tips is to douse your hair with plenty of moisture by using hair masks. This works to rehydrate and restore softness and moisture to dry brittle hair. Applying scalp or hair mask treatment at least once a week.

Furthermore, if you use hot tools on your hair, we recommend that you use a thermal protectant before using those tools to prevent heat-related damage.

Lastly, amping up your hydration is essential if you suffer from hair breakage. A leave-in conditioner or treatment can boost hydration and provide long lasting moisture to help preserve the natural humidity of your strands in colder months.
