I didn’t think I had it in me. I started lifting 5 years ago to help me get through some depression. I found an amazing trainer that inspired me to push hard. Thank you Gary Reisman for guiding me through that and the last 6 transformative months. This has been a process of self discovery, growth, and discipline. I started 35 lbs heavier and ended with 10% BF. The growth I have had has not only been in my body, but also my mind. Focusing on the day to day goals, checking each box has helped to pull me out of not so healthy head space. I’m so proud of this moment in my life. I faced a lot of deep seated hurdles and worked through some PTSD that I didn’t even realize was there. I stepped on a stage I was exceptionally unfamiliar with without any anxiety. I had a blast today!!

I’m forever grateful to Gary Reisman , you have changed my life. -Jeff, you’re a fantastic workout buddy!!!

Thank you to my husband, family, friends, and to the special people who allow me to do their hair. I really couldn’t have done this without you.
