Jaw pain, facial tension, clenching, or grinding?
Becca’s signature Buccal Sculpting Facial works both inside and outside the mouth to release tension in the muscles of the face, improve circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage, and soften areas that have become tight from stress, clenching, or everyday facial expressions.
This isn’t about forcing dramatic contour overnight. It’s about restoring healthy movement to the tissues, improving fluid flow, and creating an environment where your skin can function at its best. Many clients notice less jaw tension, reduced facial puffiness, improved definition, and a more relaxed appearance after just one session.
Performed exclusively by Becca, whose sculpting techniques combine anatomy, intention, and a deeply relaxing touch. Once you experience it, you’ll understand why so many clients keep coming back to her
Pigmentation, post-inflammatory discoloration, and overall skin clarity? That’s why we brought on the Vivant True Tone Duo

• Full-size True Tone 2.0
• Full-size Mandelic Acid Serum
• Mini Mandelic 3-in-1 Wash
• Mini Skin Nourishing Toner

We’ve seen a lot of debate around facial massage being fluff recently.
A skilled facial massage works with multiple systems in the body. Manipulation of the fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles and structures of the body) can help improve mobility and relieve areas of tension that build up from stress, clenching, and everyday facial expressions.
Facial massage also supports lymphatic movement. The lymphatic system helps clear excess fluid and cell waste from the area. When supported through facial massage techniques clients can notice reduced puffiness, improved contours, and a brighter appearance.
Another piece to facial massage is increased circulation. We’re helping deliver oxygen and nutrients to the skin while encouraging the removal of waste. The result is # healthier skin with a rosy glow.
But one of the most beneficial parts may be what happens to the nervous system. Touch helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system shifting the body into a state of rest, recovery, and repair.
Whether it’s lymphatic drainage, gua sha, buccal massage, or sculpting techniques, facial massage isn’t just fluff. It’s such an important technique in overall skin health.
Our advanced skin analysis takes a deeper look beneath the surface, helping us identify concerns before they fully appear and create a treatment plan that’s truly customized to you.
Using this, we can take a deeper look at:
• Redness and vascular activity
• Visible and underlying pigmentation
• UV and sun damage
• Heat maps that highlight areas of inflammation
• Pore congestion and porphyrins (acne-causing bacteria)
• Texture, wrinkles, and overall skin health
I promise it’s not about pointing out flaws, it’s amazing for gathering information so we can make the best decisions about your skin.
Whether you’re concerned about acne, rosacea, melasma, aging, or simply want to understand your skin on a deeper level, a professional skin analysis gives us a great starting point.

Two new moisturizers from Vivant are here, each serve a different purpose.
Vivant Marine Nourishing Cream is incredible for dry, depleted and aging-conscious skin. This rich moisturizer is packed with marine-derived ingredients, antioxidants, and barrier-supportive lipids to help replenish moisture, reduce transepidermal water loss, and support skin that feels chronically dehydrated. It’s especially great for mature skin and anyone struggling with Colorado’s dry climate.
Vivant Allantoin Moisturizer is a lighter weight, calming option designed for sensitive, reactive, acne-prone, or easily irritated skin. Allantoin is known for its soothing and skin-repairing properties, helping reduce redness while supporting skin function without feeling occlusive. It’s a perfect choice for those using active ingredients or managing rosacea-prone skin.
Finding the right one can make a huge difference in how your skin functions, heals, and responds to our in spa treatments. If you’re not sure which is the better fit for your skin, we’re always happy to help build a routine that matches your goals.

Redness, inflammation, breakouts, post-treatment recovery, and pigmentation support are all conditions our cryo treatments benefit.
Calm inflammatory pathways in the skin, reduce visible redness, support healthy circulation, and help restore balance to stressed or reactive skin. Controlled cooling can also help minimize puffiness, soothe sensitivity, and create an immediate hydrated radiant appearance.
We love incorporating cryotherapy after treatments like chemical peels, enzyme therapy, custom facial treatments, and dermaplanes, but it’s just as powerful as a standalone treatment for anyone dealing with inflammation, rosacea-prone skin, acne, or a compromised barrier.

Let’s talk toners today.
Toners have come a long way from the formulas that left skin feeling tight and stripped. (Did anyone else give themselves daily chemical burns with the proactive toner?)
Today, a toner is less about the stinging and stripping sensation and more about delivering targeted ingredients immediately after cleansing, when the skin is most receptive.
Hydrating toners are ideal for dry, dehydrated, or Denver’s altitude-stressed skin. Ingredients like hyaluronic acid, glycerin, aloe, and beta-glucan help replenish water and give comfort.
Calming toners are great for sensitive, reactive, or redness-prone skin. Ingredients such as centella, green tea, oat, and heartleaf can help reduce inflammation and support barrier function.
Exfoliating toners containing AHAs, PHAs, or mandelic acid work well for acne, congestion, uneven texture, and pigmentation. These formulas encourage slow healthy cell turnover while helping other products pe*****te more effectively.
Not everyone needs a toner, but the right one can fill a gap, add extra comfort, and further help target concerns. Like every step in skincare, the goal isn’t adding more products, it’s choosing products that serve a purpose.
Let’s talk acne and extractions!
During an extraction, we evaluate the degree of inflammation, the integrity of the follicular wall, and whether the contents of the pore can be removed without excessive force.
Applying pressure to acne lesions that aren’t ready can rupture the follicle beneath the skin. This increases the risk of post-inflammatory erythema, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and acne scarring.
This is why we often leave certain breakouts untouched. Preserving the surrounding tissue is more important than temporarily flattening a blemish.
Immediately after an extraction, the area may appear more red, swollen, or noticeable. This is a normal inflammatory response. Once congestion is removed, the skin initiates the wound-healing cascade. Blood flow increases to the area, inflammatory cells migrate into the tissue, and growth factors begin coordinating repair.
Sometimes a breakout appears worse before it appears better because material that has been trapped deep within the follicle is moving toward the surface. This is part of the healing process, not necessarily a sign that the skin is worsening.
Our approach to acne extractions is simple: work with the biology of the skin, not against it. Strategic, low-trauma extractions help minimize inflammation, protect healthy tissue, and support more predictable healing with less risk of scarring.
If we don’t get everything out that is okay! It’s all about preserving the integrity of your skin which is our upmost concern.

Why have a cold plunge at our spa? Your skin and your nervous system are constantly talking to each other.
Periods of stress, anxiety, bad sleep, and burnout can show up in our skin as increased inflammation, breakouts, rosacea flares, delayed healing, and a compromised barrier. When the body stays in a prolonged stress state, cortisol and inflammatory signals can directly influence skin function.
Cold exposure offers a controlled way to practice resilience. During a cold plunge, the body experiences a brief stressor followed by recovery. Over time, this process may help support nervous system regulation, improve stress tolerance, and increase the release of mood-supporting neurotransmitters like dopamine.
For the skin, this can mean less inflammation, improved circulation, and support for conditions that are often worsened by stress. While a cold plunge isn’t a treatment for acne, rosacea, or anxiety, it can become one more tool that supports the entire mind-body-skin relationship.
Some days, taking care of your skin looks like a facial. Other days, it looks like sitting in cold water for a minute before warming up in the sauna.
Healthy skin can be a whole body experience at The Skin Sanctum. Come check out our contrast therapy, cold plunge + sauna, room today.
