I’m Wendy, the owner, lead artist, and founder of Freiya Beauty. Freiya Beauty Studio Wendy | Bridal Hair & Makeup Artist | Colorado

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 21 years, with the last 5 years here in Colorado and the last 3½ years building Freiya Beauty.

Originally from Costa Rica, I’ve always believed that beauty should enhance who you are, not change you.

Hair has always been my first love, followed closely by bridal makeup, skincare, and creating experiences that help women feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

Freiya Beauty was created after I realized I wanted something different. Working with other teams taught me what I wanted my own business to stand for: genuine care, meaningful connections, and creating an experience where clients feel truly seen and taken care of.

Outside of the studio, I’m a mom of three, a dog and cat mom, a skincare lover, and someone who is perfectly happy spending a day on the couch with family, boating in the summer, and enjoying good food.
