We offer food distribution programming and educational opportunities related to growing and cooking food, as well as overall wellness. We strive to be a community-driven organization, meaning that our goal is to have all programs led and implemented by members of our community or others from similar neighborhoods. We are successful when the youth, families, and communities we work with are empowered to feed, nourish and strengthen themselves and each other.

Chef Byron Gomez is bringing together an impressive lineup of Denver chefs, featuring talent from award-winning bakeries to some of the city’s most exciting kitchens. Harvest Nights is an incredible opportunity to experience dishes from Denver’s top culinary stars while making an impact, as every ticket helps support The GrowHaus.

Harvest Nights 2026 is just around the corner, and we couldn't be more thrilled to introduce you to this year's lineup of 18 participating chefs, hand-selected by Michelin Star chef Byron Gomez, Executive Chef of BRUTØ. This is just PART ONE of six sneak peeks at the fantastic local chefs who will craft dishes celebrating Colorado's finest seasonal ingredients over the course of this beloved three-night community event. Summer snack box deliveries to our partner Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver were a huge success! With the support of donors who generously pitched in last month, The GrowHaus delivered 175 snack boxes to local Boys and Girls Clubs, each containing $50 worth of nutrient-dense, kid-friendly snack foods. These boxes are helping families fill critical nutrition gaps and keep kids full and energized during long summer days, when school lunchrooms are closed.

The GrowHaus and Michelin Star Chef Byron Gomez are bringing together some of Denver’s top and emerging chefs for three nights of culinary excellence, showcasing local ingredients. You will enjoy a fearlessly inventive six-course menu celebrating the best of Colorado’s flavors and seasonal bounty, while dining in an elevated family-style al fresco setting. An open bar is also included with your ticket, featuring local wine, beer, and cocktails.

The GrowHaus’s Seed2Seed program invites teens from our home communities of Globeville, Elyria, and Swansea to learn about food access, cooking and nutrition, and leadership.
This week, the group learned to prepare “memelas,” a traditional, well-loved, and popular dish from Puebla, Mexico. Ynes, our guest cook, thoughtfully guided the teens through each step, including seasoning the meat, preparing the dough, and cooking the ingredients for a spicy salsa verde. The teens especially enjoyed using the tool to flatten the dough known as “tortillera”. By the end of the session, teens had mastered the technique and shared the meal they prepared together!
Days like this help our Seed2Seed teens connect with their roots, bond with one another, and build a lifelong foundation of leadership and teamwork skills.
