LMT ✨ LPN ✨ Holistic Healer✨
ReeLax✨ Revive✨ Recover✨
Serving peace on purpose🧘🏽♀️Supporting mind, body & soul healing through Therapeutic Touch and wellness practices.🩺💫
Self-care is not a luxury — it’s healing🙏🏽
Herbal wellness is about using plants intentionally to support comfort, relaxation, and whole-person wellness. 🌿☕️✨
Migraines run in my family, so I created a private herbal blend for myself and my grandmother. It has become part of our personal wellness routine, and we’ve both noticed a meaningful difference. 💜
Nursing school kept me busy, so I only made small batches for family….Now that I’ve graduated, I’m ready to share more of the herbal side of ReeLax. Maybe it’ll become part of the collection one day! 👀🧘🏽♀️
Your body has been trying to tell you something. 👀💜
Constant tension? Tight shoulders? Stress related headaches? Feeling physically drained?
Your body may be holding more tension than you realize.
💆🏽♀️ Therapeutic massage can help relieve muscle tension, promote relaxation, and support your body's natural stress response.
Sometimes your body doesn't need you to push harder. It needs you to slow down and recover. 🌿
✨ Massage is not a luxury, it's a necessity!
💜 Book your moment of restoration.
