Inner Space Des Moines

Ninety minutes where nothing is expected of you.

No inbox.
No small talk.
No performing being okay.

Just lying down while crystal bowls, gong, chimes, soft percussion, and voice fill the room.

Wes Carlson, an improv musician, breathwork practitioner, and connection facilitator, opens with a short guided meditation to help you settle in. After that, your only job is to stay horizontal.

Wear something comfortable.
We’ll have mats, blankets, pillows, and eye shades ready, and you’re welcome to bring your own cozy things.

🗓 Thursday, October 15 · 6:30–8pm

Not sure where to start? You don’t need to be.

You already know more about your own rhythm than any protocol does, we just help you use that.

Different states need different support, which is why we’ve never had a one-size-fits-all answer, and we’re not about to start now.

Wired but exhausted.
Tired but unable to rest.
Foggy, low, or just off without knowing why…start wherever you actually are, not wherever you think you’re supposed to be.

Book what feels aligned.
Try a single session.
Or just ask us for guidance, we’ll help you find your way from there.

You’re the authority on your own experience. We’re the authority on the terrain.
