My favorite thing? Taking your vision and making it a reality—whether that's a bold fashion color, fixing an at-home "oops," refreshing your current look, or giving you the confidence that comes with a great haircut. I'm here to help you love your hair, not just for today, but for the long run.

Healthy hair and honest consultations are non-negotiable. I'll never tell you what you want to hear just to make a sale. If something isn't the best choice for your hair, I'll tell you—and then we'll find something that is.

Outside the salon, I'm a proud Black alternative goth woman with strong Christian Baptist roots. My style is bold, my heart is kind, and my chair is a judgment-free zone where everyone is welcome.

📅 Appointments: Saturdays starting at 9:00 AM until my last client. Need another day? Ask! If our schedules line up, I'm happy to be flexible.

As a mom to a busy toddler, life can occasionally throw a curveball. If that ever affects an appointment, I promise to communicate with you as soon as possible. I value your time and ask for that same respect in return.

Hello, my name is Latesha Little. I am a proud wife, mother of five, and resident of Des Moines, Iowa. Originally from Halifax, North Carolina, I have always had a passion for helping and connecting with people.

I am a professional hairstylist, and braider, currently serving clients through Tesha Natural Hair & Braids since 2024. My journey in the beauty industry began in 2008, and I have been a professional hairstylist since 2015. I graduated from the Iowa School of Beauty in 2017, where I further developed my skills and knowledge in hair care and styling.

I specialize in working with all hair textures and enjoy educating my clients on healthy hair care practices. Staying up to date with the latest hair trends allows me to provide quality services while helping clients achieve their desired look and maintain healthy hair.

A while back I started changing the way I did my installs and honestly I was never in love with the outcome. It looked good but wasn't my best work. With this install I went back to my original method and cut the top tracks, it's so flat and seamless, looks so much better. If it's not broke don't fix it, stick to what you know. I will be going back to my old method cause the results are flawless! If you don't want your top tracks cut don't book me cause I'm cutting em!! Thanks Lashanna for being my model and trusting me with you hair! Who got next??
