The Iowa Wild season opener is here, AND Iowa and Iowa State are both playing tonight! Christina was an ISU grad, Dr. LoRang and Abbie Sawyer were Iowa grads! Talk about a house divided!
No matter which side you’re on, we can all agree on one thing… LET’S GO WILD!

We’re proud to kick off another season as the official chiropractic physicians for the Iowa Wild! Dr. Hartley will be onsite for tonight’s season opener, and Dr. LoRang and Dr. Hartley will be providing care for the team throughout the season.

We love being out in the community! Dr. LoRang spent Saturday morning with the Fleet Feet social and 5/10k training running groups. He provided injury screenings as well as Graston and Hypervolt treatments to runners with aches and pains. Fleet Feet has great training programs for established runners, or those looking to run, as well as walking groups.

Plus, refreshments and snacks for both the kids and adults.

Here's how it works: Your ticket includes 90 minutes of play for your kiddo and 3 express services from Capital Health, as well as refreshments. You can choose your time: 8-9:30 or 9:30-11 AM. Additional time can be purchased if you want to stay for the full 3 hours. Tickets are $50. Additional children are $25. Children must be 1 or older.

We’re so pleased to host our latest local artist’s work in our clinic treatment rooms. Please meet Sandie Kirpalani, a multi-media textile artist based out of Des Moines and Montana. From her studio at Mainframe Studios, she creates all manner of woven, stitched, cross-stitched, sewn, hand cut, collaged pieces. Come see her exhibit any day, Monday thru Friday, when the clinic is open. All pieces are available for purchase, with all proceeds going to the artist.

Since we launched in 2013, we have hosted rotating local artists on our clinic walls. That’s 13 years and over 50 artists! Art and creativity, we believe are central to a fully lived life.
