As a level commission salon, our stylists offer their services at different price tiers. This does not reflect on their technical skill, but rather the demand on their time behind the chair! As a stylist, one of the biggest parts we invest in growing our career through is building a book that is nice and full. The time and effort it takes to develop a relationship with our clients, have them come back and bring a friends - the results of being busy are rewarded with a level jump. Just like in your careers, our girls get promotions! This means her pricing for services does increase slightly to accommodate the demand on her time. And as always, we have an amazing team ready to jump in and help with services if a specific stylist’s pricing is out of your budget for now.
