This is so true about entrepreneurs. We got through alot in life but we don't post it because we have to stay strong for our clients. But it is okay to take a mental health day or two, if needed.
Please don't feel like you're the only person going through a lot. We just don't post the rough stuff on social media. Our lives are not perfect all the time. We are not happy all the time. You are not alone. Life kicks everybody every now and then.
