Phở…. Cali….
I would like to address the public:
I am sincerely sorry for the incident that has been posted to social media. I realize business should not be handled this way. Going forward, is it my hope that no other customer will encounter a situation such as this. Respect must be reciprocated on both sides for successful communication and transactions. I am aware that customers keep my business alive. I will continue to do my best to satisfy my customer’s requests, and appreciate the business of those that support the company.
