What began as styling his mother’s and sister’s hair whenever he had the chance turned into a lifelong career after enrolling in his first professional haircutting course at 18 years old. Nearly 20 years later, that passion remains stronger than ever.

Through his expertise in hair color and blonding, Mateus has built a career focused on helping clients feel more confident, beautiful, and empowered.

Meet Jessie Tripi, Difiaba Ambassador, blonding specialist, educator, and artist known for creating incredible blondes while empowering stylists through education.

Throughout her career, Jessie has built a reputation for combining creativity, technique, and a genuine passion for helping others grow behind the chair.

Hair has always been part of her story. Inspired by the women around her and driven by a passion for making people feel beautiful, Jessie began her journey at a young age and built a career that has spanned decades as a stylist, salon owner, educator, and mentor.

For Jessie, blonding is about more than hair:

Meet Franc Magri, Difiaba Ambassador, educator, and artist whose passion for transformation continues to inspire stylists around the world.

Franc’s journey began in high school, working alongside a theater department and helping create character transformations for the stage. What started as a fascination with transformation evolved into a career behind the chair - and eventually into a passion for education.

Today, that same purpose guides his work:

“Transformation has always been my driving force. Whether working with clients or educating fellow stylists, my goal is to help people discover new possibilities, build confidence, and become the best version of themselves.”
