As a lifelong overthinker and chronic stresser, I know how important it is to slow down and let your body (and mind) breathe. I focus on general wellness, relaxation, and stress relief — creating a cozy space where you can unwind, reset, and maybe even forget about your to-do list for a while. Life gets tense, but that’s what I’m here for — to turn stress into sighs of relief, one massage at a time.
