I was just telling someone the other day that getting on a massage table triggers a Pavlovian reflex for me. Instead of the bell dinging and the dog salivating, I get on the table and immediately relax 🫠
In other news, I'm having surgery on Monday October 19th to fix my hearing. I'll be out for 8 days. The week I come back will be light duty, and it's already fully booked.
If you'd like to get on my schedule for November, now would be the time before those spots book up too.
