Today was the perfect beautiful Fall day to get out and enjoy the Fall At a The Farm Craft Market . There were SO many incredible vendors and I wish I could support them all (but my bank account was screaming stop!) lol
I got a few cool things! Had some treats and just enjoyed the beautiful farm, vendors and great vibes!

These pics and videos are in the wrong order so it should actually be from the bottom up. But any way This was one of the best days I've ever had! This was 2 years ago the ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating my new business!
(I opened in July but had to wai to schedule thist)
I am so incredibly proud of everything I've done and accomplished so far and I'm so thankful for my wonderfu and amazingl husband Reyes Contreras who has helped and supported me so much through everything, my wonderful family and friends, and all the wonderful clients I have that support me and my business. This day was amazing!

Honestly, I’ve been SUPER emotional lately. 🥹💛
I’m not sure what planets are in or out of alignment, what’s in retrograde, or what kind of shift is happening in the universe… 😂✨🌙
But whew… I am FEELING all the feelings lately.
And it’s reminded me of something I think we all need to hear:
✨ SELF-CARE IS NOT SELFISH. ✨
It is absolutely necessary.
It’s okay to slow down.
It’s okay to rest.
It’s okay to take care of YOU.
It’s okay to need a minute—or a whole damn day. 💛
We spend so much time taking care of everyone and everything around us that sometimes we forget we deserve that same love, patience, and care too.
So if you’ve been feeling a little extra emotional, overwhelmed, exhausted, or just off lately… give yourself some grace.
Take the nap.
Take the walk.
