After spending 30 years as a teacher, Michelle decided to follow a new passion. Helping people heal with massage therapy.

As she learned more about the body, she fell in love with the lymphatic system and the incredible difference that gentle, intentional care can make. Her calm, compassionate nature makes this work such a natural fit.

Michelle will be offering Manual lymphatic drainage and a nervous system reset massage. Bringing the same patience, kindness and attention to detail that she spent decades giving to her students.

I'm so excited for you all to meet her and experience the care she provides. I have a feeling she's going to become a favorite around here❤️

Most people think of herbs for digestion or sleep… but some herbs have a long history of supporting the lymphatic system too. One of my favorites is cleavers 🌿

Cleavers are often used in herbal traditions to support healthy lymphatic flow and fluid movement in the body. It’s considered a gentle “moving” herb
— often associated with helping the body clear stagnation and support the natural detoxification process.

The older I get, the more I realize how much this work has shaped the way I see healing, stress, pain, recovery, and even myself.

Over the years I’ve worked with post-op clients, injuries, swelling, chronic pain, oncology clients, and people who simply want to feel better in their body again.

Every person, every treatment, every conversation has taught me something.

So in honor of turning 30, I thought I’d start sharing some of the things this work has taught me along the way.

Starting with this:
✨ Your body is always communicating with you.

Not failing you. Not working against you. Communicating.

Sometimes through tension.

Sometimes through fatigue.

Sometimes through swelling, inflammation, pain, or burnout.

Learning how to listen to the body changes everything.
