Second time submitting a painting to the Minnesota State Fair Fine Arts Competition and second time getting rejected - but will try again next year! Was choosing between the following paintings and the last was one I submitted. All for sale if anyone is interested.

I led a watercolor painting class last week at BlackStack brewing and everyone did so well! I was so impressed and it was a lot of fun.

I love messy gardening for many of the same reasons I love messy watercolor painting. You can have a plan, but often times many of the most beautiful moments and color combos come unexpected from letting the plants or paints do their thing.
