Scientific research suggests that frankincense (Boswellia species) contains bioactive compounds, particularly boswellic acids such as 3-O-acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid (AKBA), that exhibit anticancer activity in laboratory and animal studies.

These studies have shown that frankincense extracts can induce apoptosis (programmed cell death), inhibit cancer cell proliferation, suppress tumor migration, and interfere with signaling pathways involved in cancer growth, including PI3K/Akt and Wnt/β-catenin.

Promising effects have been reported against breast, bladder, pancreatic, liver, colon, prostate, leukemia, and brain cancer cells. A 2024 Phase Ia clinical trial in patients with invasive breast cancer also found that Boswellia serrata extract significantly reduced tumor cell proliferation before surgery and was well tolerated, providing early evidence of potential biological activity in humans.

Good Friday morning
We are keeping today super simple. Its Friday - and time for the 4's- Faith , Freedom, Food ajd Friends. As you csn imagine I am wide awake these past few nights just putting all the last minute details in place.

Faith- Because Conscious has always been God's and she is much bigger than what I can handle. So I am grateful for his steady guidance when I feel like its too much. Im grateful for his favor and his protection and provision. Miracles almost daily and I am ever mindful of that.

Freedom-How sweet it is to be able to be an entrepreneur, to do something that I believe in and to do it within this community . I still believe in the American Dream and I believe we can make America a light on a hill once again.

Food- Conscious will continue to vet our farmers /ranchers to bring the best of the best of pesticide free and non GMO foods to you our community !

Friends - as in vendors and customers. These last few years have been a lot and the majority of you stuck it out and rode the wave of absolute chaos. Thank you, I truly believe our best days are ahead and I am forever grateful. We will continue to grow and rebuild.

P.s. Im enclosing the picture of the new location and address- 200 S. FRETZ AVE as it will be unmarked for a few weeks. To replace the sign was 6k and with everything else happening I felt it was best to not spend that money and utilize word of mouth and social media with my awesome community to spread the word.
