Phase 3? That's your customized maintenance schedule. And here's the key: it's built on YOUR metabolism, YOUR goals, and YOUR timeline-not a generic template everyone gets.

For example: Botox typically shows initial results in 3-5 days, peaks at 2 weeks, and maintains for about 12 weeks for most clients. But we adjust based on how *you* respond. CoolSculpting results develop over 8-12 weeks as your body naturally eliminates frozen fat cells-and your maintenance plan depends on your metabolism and goals, not a one-size-fits-all schedule.

Laser hair reduction? We space sessions 6-8 weeks apart during the intensive phase because that's when hair is most vulnerable. Then maintenance drops to once or twice a year for most clients-again, tailored to how your hair grows back.
