I’m currently offering complimentary QHHT internship sessions as part of my certification requirements at Cool + Calm Spa and Float + Calm Spa.

These guided hypnosis sessions are designed to help access inner wisdom, insight, reflection, and personal guidance through deep relaxation and subconscious exploration.

Sessions are:
▫️ By appointment only
▫️ Offered Mondays at 10AM
▫️ Approximately 4–5 hours
▫️ Held at the Cool + Calm Spa location
▫️ One-on-one and confidential

These sessions may be especially supportive for people who:
• feel stuck or at a crossroads
• are seeking clarity or direction
• want deeper self-understanding
• are emotionally introspective and curious
• enjoy meditation, reflection, or spiritual exploration
• want to quiet the noise of daily life and reconnect with themselves

This is not medical treatment, but a reflective and supportive experience in a calm, professional environment.
