Limited mobility doesn't mean you have to miss out on having healthy feet!

Here are some tips for those with limited mobility and can't reach their feet:
-Have someone like me cut & file your toenails on a regular basis. don't wait for them to "get too long" and start to hurt
-Get a bathmat that's extremely fluffy to rub your feet on after your shower or bath. If you don't have one, use a towel. Make sure to get between your toes! Fungal infections start in damp dark places.
-You can get spray on foot powder or antifungal OTC meds at your local pharmacy.

Remember to prioritize yourself. There's only one of you (unless you're a twin/multiple).

Are you making these common nail care mistakes?

Healthy nails are the foundation for beautiful nails! Here's a quick tip to keep your manicure looking flawless and your natural nails strong.
1) If you're gonna pick your skin or your nails, wear a hairband around your wrist and pick at that instead. Misdirection can be your bestie.
2) Please use cuticle oil. Winter is coming and your skin will thank you.
3) Your nails are JEWELS NOT TOOLS. Need to open a pop-top? Use a spoon. Keep them away from doors. Do not use your nails to grab things. Things like that.
