Today was a day I’ll never forget. 🤍

I had the privilege of sharing my very first Equine Stillpoint Experience with a client, and before the session even began, God reminded me of something I needed to see.

On the drive to the barn, I drove through a rainstorm. The sky was dark, the rain was relentless, and it would have been easy to wonder if the weather was going to ruin the afternoon. But I kept driving.

When I pulled into Raja Equestrian Arts Center, the rain had stopped. The clouds parted. The sun was shining. It was peaceful.

Isn’t that so much like life?

Sometimes we’re in the middle of a storm and can’t imagine what’s waiting on the other side. We question, we worry, and we wonder if we’ll ever make it through. But if we keep moving forward—one mile, one step, one breath at a time—we often discover that God has already prepared peace beyond the storm.

That was the perfect beginning for today’s session.

As my client rested in stillness, surrounded by the quiet presence of the healing herd, I was reminded that healing isn’t always found in striving. Sometimes it’s found in feeling safe enough to simply be. To rest. To let go. To allow the nervous system to remember what peace feels like.

I’m incredibly grateful to God for opening this door and for the opportunity to combine the work I love with these amazing horses. Thank you to Raja Equestrian Arts Center for partnering with me and making this dream possible.

I truly believe this is the beginning of something special, and I can’t wait to see where God leads it next. 🤍🐴

I’m so grateful to collaborate with people who share a heart for creating spaces where healing, connection, and restoration can flourish.

I’m excited to also be bringing Health Rhythms Drumming and Sound Bath experiences to Thrive. These offerings will continue my mission of helping people find rest, regulate their nervous systems, and experience wellness in new and meaningful ways.

These past four years have been filled with growth, lessons, incredible clients, and so much gratitude. Thank you for believing in me and allowing me to do work that I truly love. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for this next chapter.

I had the most beautiful God moment yesterday with a new client. With their permission, I’m sharing this testimony. One thing I’ve learned through bodywork is that healing isn’t always physical. Our bodies can store stress, grief, and emotions, and sometimes those feelings are released during or after a session.

It’s a privilege to hold space for people as they heal, and there is so much joy in being God’s hands and feet, serving others through this work. Every story of healing reminds me why I love what I do.

April is a time for communities to come together in support of prevention, awareness, and healing.

As we move closer to Child Abuse Prevention Month and Sexual Assault Awareness Month, we’re inviting our community to stand with survivors and help promote safer, healthier environments for everyone. Throughout the month, there are several opportunities to participate, show support, and spread awareness.
