Each day we are given isn’t one more day.

It’s one less.

And I guess not everyone has that fire inside them like I do. Because I get angry. I get emotional. I get fired up when I think about the things we are exposed to every single day and what that is causing.

Our water.
Our air.
Our food.
Medications and injections.
The products we use every single day; soap, deodorant, skincare, household products.

You can think I’m woo-woo crazy 🤪. You can roll your eyes. You can think I’ve gone down the rabbit hole. (I did 😉)

I really don’t care.

Because when you look at your child and there is something wrong, you ask questions.
At least I do. And I have spent YEARS asking those questions.

Years researching. Years reading. Years digging. Years looking at things from every angle I possibly can.

Not a five-minute Google search.
Not something I saw on TikTok.

Years.

And sometimes what you find makes you angry.
It sounds crazy to talk about what’s in our food and question whether everything we are being told is actually in our best interest. It sounds crazy to question why kids are getting so sick.

Why are food allergies and intolerances so common? Why are so many people struggling with chronic illness? Why does everything seem to have a diagnosis? Why does everything seem to have a medication? Why does a store bought “gluten-free” food have twice the ingredients of the food it replaced? Why do we accept these things without asking why?

And here’s where my perspective is different.

I am in a very unique position.

When your child has an organ that doesn’t work properly and relies on medication to survive, you look at things differently. When you have lived through a time when the entire world shut down… When food was scarce. When supplies were scarce. When you were told certain medications your child depended on were no longer being made or were becoming difficult to access. And then you watch medications and markets change around you while drugs like Ozempic take the place of a medication your child needed.

Yeah.

That fires me up. 🔥

Because no entity should have that kind of control over people. And yet we hand over an incredible amount of power simply because we trust what we are told.

People will believe something because they saw it on the internet. They’ll repeat something because someone else said it. Or just say something they know to be a lie for no reason.

But why? Why are we not asking questions?
Why are we so willing to trust another human being without doing the work ourselves? Laziness?

And let me be very clear about something:
I don’t expect you to blindly believe me either.

If I tell you something, I stand behind it.
I know that I have researched it, questioned it, challenged it, and looked at the evidence before I ever open my mouth and tell someone else about it. I’ve spent years doing that.

I don’t want to be another person on the internet telling you what to think. I want to be the person who makes you stop and think.

Ask questions.

Question me.

Question your doctor.

Question the studies.

Question the ingredients.

Question the labels.

Question the things you’ve been told your entire life.

And question the things you desperately WANT to believe, too.

Because that’s where real research starts.

Not with blindly believing.

And not with blindly rejecting.

With asking why.

I’ve been through some of the darkest moments of my life.

And honestly?

That’s where I found the light.

That’s where I started asking bigger questions.

That’s where I started looking deeper.

That’s where I realized I couldn’t accept everything at face value…

So yeah.
