Join us for our next Sound Bath Experience on Tuesday, October 20 at The Spa at Turf Valley. We'll begin with 15 minutes of gentle Grounded Movement before moving into approximately 40 minutes of sound meditation with crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. Let the sounds wash over you as you relax your body, calm your nervous system, and make a little space to simply be.
