Monday starts with the best intentions.
This is the week you’re going to eat better. More protein. More vegetables. Less grabbing whatever’s easiest.
And then life happens.
Work gets busy. You’re tired. Wednesday rolls around, there’s nothing planned for dinner, and suddenly you’re back to grabbing whatever you can find.
Sound familiar?
Here’s something I want you to consider.
Maybe you don’t need more discipline. Maybe you just need to make things a little easier on yourself.
That’s what this photo is about.
30 minutes in the kitchen. Several balanced meals ready to go. Nothing fancy, nothing restrictive, and definitely not hours of meal prepping on a Sunday.
Just a little planning to make the busy days easier.
And THAT is what we work on inside The Stronger Side.
Not another diet. Not another list of foods you can’t eat.
We’re learning how to build balanced meals, get more protein and fiber, and create habits that work with our actual lives.
Because healthy eating doesn’t have to be perfect to make progress.
And one busy Wednesday doesn’t mean you need to start over on Monday.
If you’re tired of figuring this all out on your own, comment 37 and I’ll send you the details about The Stronger Side.
You keep saying you’re going to start.
But between work, family, and everything else on your plate, another week goes by.
And you’re still waiting.
Meanwhile, you’re noticing changes in your body that weren’t there a few years ago.
Your clothes fit differently. You’re frustrated with the weight around your middle. And what used to work doesn’t seem to work anymore.
You know strength training could help, but figuring out what to do, how often, and where to start feels like one more thing on your already full plate.
That’s where having a plan makes all the difference.
You don’t need to spend hours in the gym or figure everything out on your own.
You need realistic workouts, some guidance, and accountability to help you keep showing up.
That’s exactly what we work on inside NutriStrong Strength.
Progressive workouts designed to meet you where you’re at, with coaching and support along the way.
Because six months from now, life might still be just as busy.
But imagine how different you could feel if you started today.

You bought the groceries. You had good intentions.
Then it’s 6 p.m., you’re tired, and dinner feels like one more thing you have to figure out.
That’s the moment I’m planning for when I cook a big pack of chicken thighs, make an easy pasta side, and add extra broccoli.
A few meals ready means fewer decisions when my energy is low—and food I actually look forward to eating.
Eating well gets easier when your plan makes room for your busy, tired days, too.
Inside The Stronger Side, I help women over 40 build realistic nutrition habits with coaching and community support—so taking care of yourself doesn’t have to become your second job.

You can eat the burger AND the fries! 🍔🍟
And still work toward losing fat and building muscle after 40.
Because eating healthy doesn’t mean giving up foods you love or spending hours in the kitchen.
Sometimes it’s about making a few simple swaps!
Take burger night, for example.
Instead of grabbing takeout, try this easy version at home using everyday grocery-store ingredients.
🍔 Approximately 575 calories
💪 39g protein
🌱 6.5g fiber
And YES, we’re keeping the bun, cheese, AND fries!
Here’s why this matters.
Protein helps support muscle and keeps meals satisfying. Fiber supports digestion and fullness.
And when you’re eating meals that actually satisfy you, managing hunger and cravings can become a whole lot easier.
One of my clients recently shared that she was noticing fewer cravings after focusing on more balanced meals.
THAT’S the kind of progress I love seeing!
Because it’s not just about eating fewer calories. It’s about learning how to eat in a way that supports YOUR goals.

This is your sign to stop waiting for the “perfect” week to make time for strength training.
Because for most women over 40, the problem isn’t that we don’t know exercise is good for us.
It’s that life is full.
Work. Family. Appointments. Dinner. Laundry. All the things.
And somehow our own workouts are the first thing to get bumped.
But strength training is one of the best investments you can make in yourself as you get older.
It helps you build and maintain muscle, supports bone health, improves strength and confidence, and makes everyday life feel easier.
And no—you do not need to live in the gym.
A few well-planned workouts each week that you can do right at home can go a long way.
I’m Bobbi, a nutrition + strength coach helping women 40+ get stronger, feel better, and make healthy fit into real life without extreme plans or starting over every Monday.

If you feel like you’re doing all the “right” things but your body just isn’t responding the way it used to… I want you to know that doing more isn’t always the answer.
Cutting more foods.
Adding more cardio.
Taking more supplements.
Starting another plan you already know you can’t maintain.
That’s not what most women over 40 need.
We need to get back to the things that actually move the needle:
Enough protein and balanced meals.
Strength training to build and protect muscle.
Daily movement.
Better sleep and stress support.
And most importantly — consistency without needing to be perfect.
I’m Bobbi — a nutrition + strength coach helping women 40+ make healthy feel simpler, especially through the changes that come with perimenopause and beyond.
And this is exactly why I created The Stronger Side.
It’s a place for women who want to feel stronger, have more energy and make progress without extreme diets or feeling like getting healthy has to become their second job.
We focus on small, realistic things you can actually do in your real life.

You do NOT have to drink black coffee to lose weight. ☕️
Could I drink my coffee black? Sure.
Do I want to? Nope. 😂
Coffee creamer is one of my non-negotiables — and this pumpkin cinnamon one is currently a 10/10 for me.
It gives me that little hint of pumpkin spice I’m craving without turning my morning coffee into a full-fledged dessert. 🎃
At 30 calories + 3g added sugar per tablespoon, it fits easily into my day AND I actually enjoy my coffee.
And THAT is the point.
Getting healthier doesn’t have to mean constantly asking yourself, “What else do I need to give up?”
It’s learning where you can make simple swaps, where you can add more of what your body needs, and where you can keep the things you really enjoy.
These are the kinds of strategies we practice inside my coaching community, The Stronger Side. We focus on simple, realistic ways to build balanced meals, get more protein and fiber, move your body, build strength, manage stress — and make it all work in your actual life.
Because healthy doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing, and it definitely doesn’t have to become your second job.
