As we continue to celebrate four years of Hermosa, I keep finding myself thinking less about the treatments, the milestones, or even the business’s growth, and more about the people who made it all possible.

When I first opened Hermosa, it was just me.

Every phone call.
Every appointment.
Every schedule change.
Every inventory order.
Every newsletter.
Every problem that needed solving.

As the practice grew, so did the team. And somewhere along the way, these women became so much more than employees.

Each Hermosa Hunny has brought her own unique gifts to this little business of mine. Positive energy. Creativity. Strategic thinking. Problem-solving. Big laughs. Tight hugs. Happy tears. Honest conversations. Endless support.

They have helped shape Hermosa into what it is today.

What many people don’t see is everything that happens behind the scenes to create the experience our patients have when they walk through our doors. While I’m focused on caring for patients in the treatment room, this team is handling all the behind-the-scenes and solving problems before I even know they exist, and keeping this entire place running.

And somehow they do it all with kindness and grace.

The truth is, I wouldn’t be able to do what I love without them. We’ve created something that feels bigger than work.

We’ve built friendships.
We’ve built trust.
We’ve built a family.
