Rosemary extract time! 🌿 We make our own rosemary extract from fresh rosemary grown on the homestead in our permaculture garden 🌿 After a few weeks of macerating in organic cane spirits, we strain, press and blend our rosemary extract into our Beard Wash and Dry Shampoo 🌿 Traditionally used to strengthen and nourish hair and skin 🌿

Me getting ready for our most controversial fundraiser of the year by soothing my nerves and my skin ✨ This Monday, October 12th we will celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day with a fundraiser for the Komemma Cultural Protection Association. KCPA supports traditional ecological knowledge, cultural restoration and youth education - including a native youth summer camp - on Kalapuyan lands.
It is sad, but not at all surprising, that our annual Indigenous Peoples’ Day fundraiser brings all the white supremacist trolls out of the woodwork and generates an absurd amount of hate mail.
There’s something about not celebrating Columbus - a violent, deranged and utterly lost slaver and murderer - that really gets the fascists blood boiling. If you’re at all curious about the specific atrocities committed by Columbus, I highly recommend the many resources on the subject from Zinn Education Project
This will be our 11th IDP fundraiser - all revenue from this day will be donated.
