Something that we really love about luffas is their durability. Sea sponges tend to fall apart after several weeks or months of use, but not luffas! When compared to our USA luffas, the heirloom Mayan loofahs are softer and have thinner, more flexible fibers. They’re perfect for those who prefer a soft and flexible luffa, or have sensitive skin.
