A few months ago, my niece asked if I could make her a rosemary hair spray. Simple enough, right? 🙃

Well... one experiment turned into another, and before I knew it I was deep in a rabbit hole learning about scalp health, hair growth cycles, stress-related shedding, and botanical hair ingredients.

Along the way, I learned some surprising things about hair— so I thought I’d share a few of them with you. 🌿
