After months of dreaming, planning, and creating, I'm excited to officially open the doors to the new Align Wellness space.

This isn't a traditional yoga studio.

Classes at Align are intentionally kept small, creating a boutique-style experience where you'll receive personalized guidance, individualized support, and the space to truly connect with your practice. No crowded rooms. No getting lost in the back row.

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, reduce stress, or simply carve out an hour for yourself, every class is designed to meet you where you are.

You'll find thoughtfully selected props, supportive modifications, and little touches that elevate the experience, from cooling towels and warm eye pillows during relaxation to a welcoming environment that feels more like a wellness retreat than a fitness class.

ROOTED: Beginner/Foundational Flow
UNWIND: Restorative, calming flow
EMBER: Strengthening and Empowering Flow
AWAKEN: Energizing Weekend Flow
