Good people, good energy, sunshine pouring in & a whole new era of PWR. ☀️💜
New studio, fresh starts, and so many good things ahead. Same sweat, same smiles, just a little more sunshine shining on what’s next. ✨
Here’s to new beginnings, growing together, and doing what we love with the BEST people around us. 💪🏼
✨ Reset. Refocus. Keep showing up. 💪🏼
Some days you crush it, some days you just show up. BOTH COUNT. 🔥
You are your greatest project. Keep putting in the work, give yourself grace, and whatever you do… DON’T GIVE UP. 🖤❤️
That’s PWR. 💜⚡️

Birthday girl over here… missing my mama extra hard today. 🤍
These pictures take me right back to being her little girl, before I knew just how precious those moments were.
I’d give anything for one more hug, one more laugh, one more “Mom” conversation. 🥹
I know she’s still with me in all the little pieces of who I am… probably rolling her eyes at some of my life choices too. 😂❤️
Love you forever, Mom. Wish you were here. 🤍
Walk into my class and choose your fate… 😂
💃 DANCE
🔥 OR BURPEES
No pressure. But choose wisely. 😈😂
POV: You thought “lower body day” meant we were just doing legs. 😂🔥
Surprise! Add cardio, partner chaos, shaky legs & questionable life choices. 😈
We sweat. We laugh. We push each other.
And somehow… we keep coming back for more. 😂
🖤❤️
Come set up PWR REPS with me! 😂💪🏼
Because apparently setting up a workout is a whole workout. 😅
Weights? CHECK.
Stations? CHECK.
Music? LOUD. 🎶
Coach? Slightly chaotic. 🤪
Clients? About to question their life choices. 😂
But hey… we’re here to WORK. OVERCOME. WIN. 🔥
Now come get sweaty with me, PWR fam! 🖤⚡️🧜🏼♀️
Saturday morning🚴♀️🔥
Got my sweat on with Senna Calvillo , caught a little cupholder selfie mid-combo 😂 and then brought ALL the high vibes with my hubby. 🫶🏼
The music. The movement. The HEY HEY’S. 🙌🏼
Just good people, big energy & a whole lotta FUN.
Strength + Sweat + Soul. ⚡️💜

Apparently my personality needed a mascot… so naturally, TIDAL is a mermaid turtle in sunglasses. 🐢🧜♀️✨
Strong. Sparkly. Slightly unhinged.
A little salty, a lot of fun, and always riding the wave. 🌊💜
Honestly… Tidal & I feel pretty iconic. 😂💪🏼
My Hobby… watching some strong ass people workout during
