Cancellation Policy: Clients are required to give at least 24 hours notice when canceling appointments. Clients who give less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.
Due to the limited availability going into the end of the year, the cancellation policy will be strictly enforced.
