Part 2: Recovery was the workout.

After the sweat came the reset.

Personalized wellness consultations. Recovery rituals. IV therapy. Normatec boots. B12 shots. Botox. A little champagne. A lot of connection.

One of the things we believe most is that performance doesn’t begin when you walk into the gym—it begins with how well you recover, restore, and take care of yourself outside of it.

Thank you to the incredible team at Core Aesthetics for creating an experience that felt equal parts wellness, education, and self-care.

Turns out the best leadership retreat might just include yoga pants and champagne. šŸ„‚

A little sweat. A little stretch. A lot of great conversations.

We spent the morning moving, recovering, connecting, and reminding a group of people who spend their days taking care of everyone else that they deserve a little care, too.

Huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the lululemon Wellness Summit. From the bootcamp to the yoga reset to the bubbles afterward, it was the perfect reminder that wellness works best when it’s shared.

Part 2 is coming… and yes, it only gets better from here.

šŸ‘‹ Choose your weapon.
✨ Or don’t. Layering is a love language.

On-screen options:
šŸ’Ø Instant Glow — Oxygen Facial
🧬 Collagen Builder — Sculptra
šŸ’§ Natural Volume — RHA Filler
✨ Texture & Radiance — Microneedling

Love treatments that work together instead of chasing one magic fix.

Wellness is more than a workout. It’s how we move, recover, nourish, connect, and care for ourselves.

This Wellness Summit was created with a simple purpose: to give back to the people who spend every day giving so much of themselves to others. Our lululemon leaders show up for their teams, their communities, and their guests day after day, and we wanted to create a space where they could simply receive.

From bootcamp and yoga to meaningful conversations, personalized consultations, and a little well-deserved self-care, the day was a reminder that investing in yourself isn’t selfish, but it’s necessary.

A special thank you to Kaya for leading such a beautiful yoga experience, and to every manager who showed up with an open mind, positive energy, and a willingness to prioritize themselves for a change.

Here’s to continuing to lead others well by first taking care of ourselves. šŸ¤

Here’s the problem:āž”ļø your skincare doesn’t always stay put while you sleep.

Moisture escapes, products rub off on your pillow, and your skin can end up feeling dry by morning.

This is why I love an overnight mask like .official

Think of it like the ā€œdon’t touch my skincareā€ layer.

It helps:āœ” Lock in hydrationāœ” Support your skin barrier overnightāœ” Keep skincare sitting on the skin longerāœ” Wake up looking more hydrated + glowy

Basically: if you’re already doing the skincare… let it actually marinate.

POV: You stopped chasing quick fixes and started treating your acne scars the RIGHT way. šŸ‘€

Microneedling = smoother texture, softer scars, smaller pores, and healthier skin over time.

Unpopular opinion: the magic isn’t just the pen… it’s what we put ON the skin after + your aftercare that determines your results. šŸ‘ kits provided silk peptide = custom made at Core by me 🄰

Patience + protocol = glow up.
