I paid $3,500 for my first lash course and still went home with so many questions. I had the kit, I had the products… I just didn’t really know what the hell to do with them, and I had nobody to ask.

The kit comes with my course. I want you to have what you need to get started and get through your first couple of clients.

After that, trying different brands and products is part of the fun. You figure out what you like and what works for you. I don’t need to send you home with every product under the sun… and you don’t want to have to pay for the products when you don’t have the clients yet!

My main focus is the education: understanding your adhesive, knowing how to attach your lashes properly , and what to look for when something isn’t working. And when you get home and those questions come up? You have 90 days of mentorship with me. I’m not sending you home with a kit and a “good luck.” You can reach out and get support while you’re practicing and starting to work on real clients.

If “everybody does lashes” has made you wonder if there’s even room for you, I get it. But your future clients aren’t looking for just another name on the menu—they’re looking for someone they trust and want to come back to.
DM me BEGINNER if you’ve been thinking about it.

We started with a cat eye, and over time she decided she wanted more length throughout not just on the outer corners for a look you could really notice. We love drama… but only in lashes 🤪

But when I started getting into those 14/15mm lengths, I was like, okay… I love the length, but I’m not loving how spidery it’s starting to look. Even though I was lashing every single lash, it wasn’t giving me that thick, full lash line I love.

So I kept the 14mm on her top layer with a D curl, then used mostly 11/12mm CC throughout,(shorter on the inners obv). She still gets the length and drama she loves, but the lash line looks fuller and darker. 🖤

This is why I’m always talking about understanding your lengths and how they actually look on the eye. And keep checking in with your clients! Someone might come to you loving a cat eye, then decide they want to try something different. The map can change as they figure out what they love.

I’m obsessed with how these turned out.

I used to drive an hour and 15 minutes just to get my lashes done by someone I looked up to. I’d sit there low-key trying to soak up everything I could—how she lashed, what products she used, how she talked to her clients. But I couldn’t exactly ask every question I had. And honestly, that little bit of access wasn’t nearly enough. I needed somebody in my back pocket.

Because what do you do when your client texts you that her lashes are pulling, they fell off the next day, her eyes are burning, or her lid is swollen? Who do you call? What do you do next?

That’s why I include mentorship. When something comes up after class, you can text me and we can figure out the next step together.

If you’re in esthetics school, cosmetology school, or just starting out in beauty, send this to someone who needs a mentor in their corner 💗 And if you’re interested in lashes, DM me BEGINNER.

You finish both eyes, sit your client up, and you’re like… s**t. Why does that one look fuller? 😂

This is why I’m constantly telling my students to work back and forth. I want you watching how the set is coming together while you’re working—not realizing at the end that the eyes don’t match and thinking
“fahkkkkk, hope she doesn’t notice 🤷🏼‍♀️”

Some clients literally have more natural lashes on one side. I’ve had clients where I leave some lashes unlashed on the fuller side to keep them balanced.

The goal isn’t just to cover every lash and call it a day. You need to understand what you’re looking at and how to adjust it. Otherwise, you’re doing all that work and still feeling nervous handing her the mirror.

Already certified but still having those “what the hell am I doing wrong?” moments? 🫠

If I’m replacing a lash because it grew out… I’m happy. 😂👏🏼

The natural lash kept growing, and the extension stayed along for the ride. That’s the retention we’re working toward.

But just because it’s still attached doesn’t mean we leave it there. Consistently leaving grown-out extensions at every fill puts repeated stress on the natural lashes and damages them over time.

And this is one of the steps I’m constantly seeing skipped.

My hot take? If you’re booking every fill for 60 minutes, you’re not booking enough time. And I’m not just talking about beginners. This goes for experienced artists, too—including me.

Get your client in, wash her lashes, get her pads on, remove the grown-out extensions, replace them, fill the rest of the set, check for stickies, dry, and get her out the door—all in an hour?

Something is getting skipped. Whether that’s leaving grown-out lashes, rushing your checks, or sending her home with natural lashes you never got to lash.

A set can LOOK full without being fully lashed.

I tell my students: if you want to charge luxury prices, you have to provide a luxury service. That means booking enough time to actually finish the work.

Removing grown-out extensions protects the natural lashes and keeps the lash line and the entire set looking clean. It’s part of the service—not something we do only if there’s time left.

Your client is paying for you to take care of her lashes, not just add more. 💗

Lash artists—share this with another artist who needs the reminder. And if you’re a client wondering whether steps are being skipped at your fills… you’re allowed to ask what’s included. 👀

This was her FIRST model.

So if you’re looking at this thinking,
“I could never do that,”
She thought the same thing. 💗

You don’t walk into beginner training already knowing how to lash. That’s literally what you’re there to learn.

Imagine leaving with a set you’re proud of and thinking, “Holy s**t… I can actually do this.” 👏🏼💃🏼

Your first set isn’t going to lash itself. 😉 DM me “BEGINNER” and let’s get those tweezers in your hands. 💗
