2 DAYS IN LA 🌴🦁 | IMMERSION

This Training was different 💯, it was an experience. From the roots of where the company all started to the vision of where it’s going, I got to see everything behind the scenes. From walking the warehouse floors to sitting in the classrooms where real knowledge gets passed down . 📈 Thank you to my brother for the great class and knowledge not only on the products but Shear work & Style !!

Every product have has a purpose. Every formula is a solution. Every detail is built to elevate barbers, stylists, and the entire industry , ESPECIALLY 🫵 !!

We weren’t just building as individuals but as a team. The type of environment you couldn’t fake everybody locked in, everybody was hungry, everybody was pushing each other to go higher.

This past weekend at 2026 was nothing short of legendary. Thank you for the amazing event and for having me 🔥

I was out there with my family & and we absolutely went CRAZY all weekend from teaching MainStage to platform showcasing sells and most of all impacting others . The energy, the love, the talent in the building… was unmatched.

Big shoutout to my brother for taking 1st place Educator of the Year 🏆 — well deserved!! I’m honored to stand right behind with 2nd place, all glory to God 🙏🏽

To everyone who voted, supported, showed love, and believed in me… thank you. You took time out of your day to pour into us and that doesn’t go unnoticed.

& to my team this is OUR win. None of this is possible without the people around me pushing, believing, and elevating every single day.

10 years ago… I was cutting hair in a shed behind my mom’s house & at Fayetteville Regional Airport

No fancy setup. No spotlight. Just a vision… and faith.

I always knew I was called to something bigger. Not just to cut hair but to help people feel confident, to uplift them, and to remind them who they truly are. I knew God placed something in me, and I made a decision early… I was going to use my gift to serve others and spread His message through everything I do.

Fast forward to today…

I have a beautiful family.
I’ve been blessed to become an educator for two global brands M A N E | T A M E ® and Cocco Hair Pro
I travel the world teaching, inspiring, and pouring into others.

And now… I’ve been nominated for EDUCATOR OF THE YEAR on the West Coast. GOLDEN STATE BARBER EXPO 🙏🦾

That alone still doesn’t feel real to me.

Because truthfully… I never did this for awards.
I did this because I didn’t have someone to guide me when I was coming up.
I did this because I know what it feels like to have a dream but not know where to start.
I did this because I want to build leaders , not followers.

Bringing to Montréal for the very first time at .anatomy was truly unforgettable. 🤝

The energy in the room was powerful as I had the chance to break down why MANETAME products are a true game changer for barbers and stylists. 💯

First and above all, I thank Jehovah God. Thank You for blessing me with a family that carries me through every season of life. Through every high and every low this year, You placed people beside me who never judged me, never doubted me, and never walked away—only believed in me and stood firm while I found my way forward.

To my Wife My peace, my strength, my gold. I truly could not do this life without you. When the pressure was heavy, you held me steady. When I questioned myself, you reminded me who I am. To my son, Franzua—my prince, my legacy. Watching you grow pushes me to be better every single day.
