Maintenance matters for both your extensions and natural hair. Bleaching can cause unnecessary damage, so protect your investment! 🙌🏼

When bleaching extensions, use plastic wrap between sections to prevent overlap and damage.

After being at a screeching halt for the last 3 months, I’m SO happy to finally say that work has started again and we are moving forward!

There were definitely moments when it felt like we would never get here, but man… we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. 🥹

McKenna Collective is officially aiming for a December/January opening! ✨

There is still SO much work to happen between now and then, but the exciting part is we finally get to bring you along for the ride again.

I can’t wait to show you what’s coming. McKenna Collective is finally starting to come to life. 💕

Sometimes your hair just needs a RESET 🫧

Product buildup, environmental buildup, and even minerals in our water can leave hair looking dull and make it harder for your treatments and products to do their job. So let’s give that hair a deep cleanse!

STEP 1: DETOX 🫧
Wash with a detox or clarifying shampoo not once, but TWICE ✌🏼. We want a clean canvas before adding all that goodness back in.

STEP 2: CONDITION 💦
Now that the buildup is gone, it’s time to put the moisture back in. RESTORE by KEVIN.MURPHY is such an underrated miracle cream. Your hair feels like butter afterward! It’s also one of my go tos for helping keep extensions feeling soft and lasting longer.

STEP 3: PRODUCTS ✨
What you put on your hair after the shower is just as important as what you use in it. Today our goals were hydration + smoothing + heat protection. We used UN.TANGLED as our base, followed by SMOOTH.AGAIN before blow-drying.

STEP 4: STYLE 💨
Blow-dry/style as desired and enjoy that fresh, clean, soft hair feeling. 🙌🏼
