Nicole’s mission is to help every client walk out feeling confident and beautiful. She wants them to have the dream hair they’ve always wanted while keeping it healthy and strong. To Nicole, beautiful hair and healthy hair go hand in hand, and she puts real care into every appointment.

Nicole is a busy mom of four who loves cooking and hiking, so she knows what it means to show up for the people she loves. She brings that same ambitious, caring spirit to her clients and to our community.

Nicole loves how connected Flagstaff is, how neighbors lift each other up, and how local businesses support one another.

Last week, we gathered in Mount Shasta for the final retreat under Self Love Retreats.

And I don’t have adequate words for what happened there.

There was a fullness to it.

A knowing. A completion. A sense of being exactly where we were meant to be, with exactly who we were meant to be with.

Four years of this work taught me something I didn’t even know I needed.

Women supporting women, without ego, without competition, without keeping score, is SACRED. 🤍

This partnership healed old wounds I didn’t even know I was still carrying. It restored my faith. I gained a sister. And that alone was worth everything.

But Mount Shasta gave us something else last week.

The women who gathered weren’t just doing the work. They were living it.

They arrived carrying the weight of their lives, the responsibilities, the roles, the constant hum of not enough.

And somewhere between the tall trees and the shared tears and the uncontrollable laughter..they softened.

They remembered who they’ve always been.

That’s the work.

Not fixing. Not forcing. Not grinding your way to wholeness.

Just… remembering.

Remembering that you belong.
Remembering that you’re not alone.
Remembering that the truest version of you has been waiting, patiently, quietly..for permission to come forward.

This chapter is complete. And it was perfect.

I’m bringing everything I learned into what’s next: Live Happy Coaching and Retreats.

Same heart. Same land. Same sacred work.

Now woven with a renewed clarity and confidence that I didn’t have before.

Right now, I’m just sitting in gratitude.

For the land that held us.
For the women who said yes to themselves.
For the partnership that changed me.
For the sisterhood that continues.

This donation-based community wellness fair is open to all ages and all genders. Kids and families are welcome too! Come and go as you like. You can explore, relax, meet local businesses and leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

Why this matters:

Every ticket sold goes to the Lindsey Watson Acupuncture Scholarship. The scholarship gives $500 awards to people who can’t afford acupuncture and herbal medicine. Your donation keeps these therapies available to anyone who needs them, whatever their income.

When you show up, you’re doing more than attending an event. You’re helping a neighbor get care they might not be able to afford. That’s what community is all about. 🙌A heartfelt
