Here is the weekly Yoga Calendar for 7/19 - 7/24 with Istre Yoga

This week we are focusing on the Lympathic system. Lymphatic therapy is designed to reduce swelling, support immune function, improve circulation, and promote natural detox. We will utilize different techniques in our Hatha and Restorative version of the classes to help find some relief and bring cortisol levels down. We will practice tools like dynamic twisting and somatic shaking in our hatha class, as well as deep stretching and breathing techniques in our restorative class.

Pair this with Essences Red Light Sauna to help relieve muscle stiffness, boost circulation, and support natural detoxification. Or even book our lymphatic specialist Selencia for a massage that utilizes a gentle, rhythmic massage designed to stimulate the body’s lymphatic system, enhance immune function, and reduce fluid retention. Ideal for post-surgery recovery, detoxification, or promoting overall wellness.
