First hike of the Summer! It’s always amazing exploring new places with great people. and I met up with a great friend from high school for the hike. On this adventure we hiked the falls at horse tooth lake in Fort Collins Colorado. The round trip was about 6.1 miles from where we parked. Enjoying the challenge and making it fun is the most important part about hiking. There will be plenty more this summer!

I had a great time skydiving with some amazing friends last weekend! It was the first time for everyone on the trip. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to try something new and exciting. It’s a little nerve racking at first... but WHAT A RUSH!

Here is my handstand pushup max. I killed 18 total. The video wasn’t the best but I promise I touched my head each time. I have as my witness!_

Lovin’ life! I was able to come close to my max on box jumps. 40” felt great! It’s been an official 12 months since the knee surgery.

I was very happy with leg press today. My knee felt great pushing 410 with a low foot placement. Very very pleased with the progress so far!
PS sorry if the video is a little blurry 😅
