Big thanks to Veterans Community Project for having us 🇺🇸

This weekend, OHANA SALON provided free haircuts to residents of the VCP Longmont Village while Trailhead Church Longmont served lunch for everyone who participated. Children and youth from the church even prepared cookie bags and thank you notes for VCP staff and residents.

A haircut may seem like a small thing, but it can have a powerful impact. Looking and feeling your best helps build confidence and reinforces the dignity that every Veteran deserves. Whether preparing for a job interview, reconnecting with family, or simply starting a new chapter, these moments of care matter.

Combined with a shared meal and meaningful conversation, this day was a wonderful reminder of the power of community and connection.
