We’d like to extend a huge “thank you” to everyone who has booked a back-to-school haircut. There have been a few questions about our late and cancellation policy during this extra busy time. We want to share it here in case anyone needs it!

Late & Cancelation Policy:

We understand that getting kids out the door and to an appointment on time isn’t always easy! We offer a 7-minute grace period for late arrivals.

After 7 minutes, we may need to reschedule your appointment to help us stay on schedule and ensure every Sharkey’s guest gets the time and attention they deserve.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate you if our schedule allows! If you know you’re running late, please give us a call so we can see what options are available.

Need to Cancel? No Problem!

We never charge cancellation fees — even for same-day cancellations. We know life with kids can get hectic, and sometimes plans change. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to offer the appointment to another family.
